We provide round-the-clock support to ensure that your lights never go out. There is no such thing as no access to power with Mule. Moving to an island? Mule it up!

How it works
In the event of a grid failure, or when shore or generator power is disconnected, the inverter within the unit is automatically activated and takes over supply to the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption.
The Mule will also prevent overload of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. This happens at two levels. At the first level, the battery charging is automatically reduced to prevent an overload. At the second level, the generator or shore supply output gets a boost with power taken from the battery.
- Independent
Mule is indifferent to the availability of a power grid and can supply power to places even electric lines cannot have access to. Mule seamlessly connects and works with the grid too complementing additional power needs or even assisting critical power
- Reliable
Mule is robust and can carry heavy loads. It comes with an all-weather enclosure making it immune to weather conditions. Mule is also resistant to faults; its system diagnostics capability detects issues and prevents Mule from malfunctioning.
- Accessible
You can monitor Mule from any part of the world. Mule can be accessed 24 x 7 from your desktop screens or mobile phones — all you need is our app
- Versatile
Mule can supply power to anything that requires power: name an appliance — transport vehicle including electric vehicles, building and building components like elevators, and we can get Mule to power that up for you
- Flexible
Mule is a plug-and-play solution and is compatible with any energy storage technology. You don’t have to sweat it out when it comes to integration!
- Scalable
Would you like to add more solar modules or wind or batteries? Plan to convert single phase to three phase? Mule can be scaled up or down and can easily adapt to your changing power requirements

Capabilities
- Up to 12 Mules can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output
- Mule can be customised to select models having paralleling, three phase and split phase capabilities. The solution is applicable to single phase and three phase systems, and up to 4 sets of three 15kVA units can be parallel connected to provide 144kW/180kVA inverter power and unlimited battery charging capacity
- Mule is perfect for creating a renewable microgrid infrastructure
Mule’s Photo Voltaic (PV) inverter will act as a microgrid, operating even during a black-out. The PV power can even be used to charge the batteries: when there is more PV power available than used by the loads, the power will automatically run through the inverter in reverse direction and charge the batteries.

Monitoring
When coupled with a control device, Mule can be monitored and controlled locally via LAN or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems.
